Hello, my loves!
Today I’m going to go over a few of my August goals! I hope it inspires you to set some of your own.
Goals for August:
- Walk twice a day (morning and evening)
- Drink only water except on weekends
- Eat adequate fruits and veggies during the day
- No food after dinner
- Work on new class
- Dance, Sing, Do yoga daily
- Write as much as I can
- Have a good birthday
