
Hello, my loves!
I hope you are all enjoying the holiday season. We are close approaching the new year and I thought I’d share with you my goals. I do not like to set lofty goals that need to be accomplished overnight, but rather, goals that can be a long term ambition.
Physical Goal:
Lose 20 pounds by Spring.
Walk outside every day if weather permits.
Eat healthy, but don’t restrict.
Mental Goal:
Read one chapter of book per day.
Learn to crochet.
Learn basic astrology.
Emotional Goal:
Seek a therapist.
Meditate when needed.
Write in my journal daily or weekly.
Be kind to myself even when it is difficult.
Spiritual Goal:
Learn about Native American history.
Find peace with God.
Belly dance.
Be with nature without distractiions.
I hope this year is a good one for everyone. Let all your dreams and passions come through.
